我厂生产的12V 240柴油机用凸轮轴,材质为45钢,中部有一个φ30毫米的油道孔。每根凸轮轴由四段轴组成,其中最长的一段为1450毫米。过去用接杆钻头钻孔,手动进刀,需经常退屑,不断浇冷却液,不仅劳动强度大,而且生产效率低,钻一根需要两个班的时间。为了解决这一关键,我厂机一车间组成了以工人为主体的三结合攻关组,
