我们在机修工作中,经常遇到无声链轮的更换。加工这种链轮需要特制的成型刀具,这在修理部门不仅不经济,而且有一定的困难。为了解决这个问题,我们和车间铣工老师傅一起研究,采取偏移中心法,利用片铣刀加工,取得良好效果,满足了机修的需要。现将这种办法简单介绍如下:一、链轮齿形的几何关系如图1所示,齿形的几何关系可用下式表达:
We are in mechanics, often encounter the replacement of silent sprocket. The machining of such sprockets requires special tooling, which is not only uneconomical but also difficult to repair. In order to solve this problem, we work with the workshop master craftsman to study, take the offset center method, the use of film cutter processing, achieved good results, to meet the needs of mechanical repair.
