在仪器生产中,车内外圆弧是经常遇到的,按照一般方法,采用成形刀具车削。这有两点不足:一是每车一种R圆弧,就要做一把相应车刀,在小批量多品种生产中,显得刀具繁多,材料很费;二是车出来的内外圆弧精度不高。我厂在生产实践中,在学习兄弟单位经验的基础上,根据物体绕一固定点回转,轨迹成一圆弧的原理,做了如图所示的车削内外圆弧简单工具。图中
