右房粘液瘤在儿童期少见。本文报告一例长期误诊为慢性心肌炎,最后经心导管检查、心血管造影诊断为右房粘液瘤的患儿。病例报告12岁女孩,1972年以来曾以疲乏、苍白为主诉两次住院,出院诊断均为贫血(原因不明)。第3次住院时,听诊发现患儿胸骨左缘第3肋间有一柔和的收缩期杂音,呈间歇性,井可听到第3心音奔马律,第4心音奔马律以及一过性的摩擦音(译者往:应为肿瘤扑落音)。X片可见心脏增大。心电图
Right atrial myxoma is rare in childhood. This article reports a case of long-term misdiagnosed as chronic myocarditis, the last cardiac catheterization, cardiovascular imaging diagnosis of right atrial myxoma in children.
