图们江区域发展规划（ＴｕｍｅｎＲｉｖｅｒＡｒｅａＤｅｖｅｌｏｐｍｅｎｔＰｒｏｇｒａｍｍｅ简称ＴＲＡＤＰ）虽然得到联合国开发计划署（ＵＮＤＰ）的大力支持以及东北亚六国的积极参与，但由于各国经济发展水平不同、资源禀赋不同，因而存在着明显的利益冲突。所以本文首先回顾了ＴＲＡＤＰ的进展及有关政策，建立了东北亚地区经济合作的冲突模型，通过不同层次的对策分析和结局的灵敏度分析，找出解决冲突的最佳策略；以此制定相应的政策，从而促进东北亚地区的经济尽可能快地发展。
Although the Tumen River Area Development Program (TRADP), with the strong support from the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) and the active participation of the six countries in Northeast Asia, there are obvious benefits due to different levels of economic development and different resource endowments in different countries conflict. Therefore, this article first reviews the progress and related policies of TRADP, establishes the conflict model of economic cooperation in Northeast Asia, and finds the best strategy for conflict resolution through different levels of analysis and sensitivity analysis of the outcome; in order to formulate the corresponding policy , Thus promoting the economic development in Northeast Asia as fast as possible.
