目的:研究紫藤瘤酚性成分。方法:采用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20等色谱技术进行分离纯化,通过理化方法和波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果:从95%乙醇渗漉液的石油醚萃取部位中分离并鉴定了12个酚性化合物,分别为:芒柄花素(1)、驴食草酚(2)、美迪紫檀素(3)、异豆素(4)、(3S)-7,1’-二羟基-8,3’-二甲氧基异黄烷(5)、异樱花素(6)、对羟基苯甲醛(7)、11b-羟基-11b,1-二氢美迪紫檀素(8)、3-羟基美迪紫檀素(9)、丁香树酯醇(10)、5-羟基-7-甲氧基色原酮(11)、香草醛(12)。结论:所有化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the phenolic composition of wisteria. Methods: The constituents were separated and purified by chromatography on silica gel and Sephadex LH-20. The structures were elucidated by physical and chemical methods and spectral data analysis. Results: Twelve phenolic compounds were isolated and identified from the petroleum ether extraction fractions of 95% ethanol percolate, which were as follows: tomanin (1), donkey-herb phenol (2) (4), (3S) -7,1’-dihydroxy-8,3’-dimethoxyisoflavine (5), isocyanurate (6), p-hydroxybenzaldehyde ), 11b-hydroxy-11b, 1-dihydrometraloin (8), 3-hydroxymetradiin (9), syringaresinol (10), 5- hydroxy-7-methoxychromophorone (11), vanillin (12). Conclusion: All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
