分析管材桁架用腹杆端头相贯线的类型,提出采用数控火焰切割加工相贯线的方向,介绍研制成的管子相贯线数控火焰切割机。生产实践表明,与传统的铣削加工方法相比,生产效率提高近8倍。
The type of the intersecting line of the web end of the web truss was analyzed. The direction of the intersecting line of the CNC flame cutting was put forward. The CNC flame cutting machine of intersecting line of the pipe was introduced. Production practice shows that compared with the traditional milling methods, production efficiency increased nearly 8 times.
