目的:将神经导航应用于远外侧锁孔入路解剖学研究。方法:应用Stryker神经导航系统,在建立术前导航资料后,对远外侧锁孔入路研究中与临床应用关系紧密的相关指标进行测量。结果:(1)神经导航可辅助确定远外侧锁孔入路切口的起始点定位;(2)神经导航可精确测量显露解剖结构的最大长度、术野侧方显露角度以及岩斜区的术野显露面积等。结论:神经导航在远外侧锁孔入路的解剖研究中有其独特的优势。
OBJECTIVE: To apply neuro-navigation to anatomic study of the lateral approach to keyhole approach. Methods: Stryker neural navigation system was used to establish the preoperative navigation data, and the related indexes closely related to clinical application were measured in the study of the far-lateral keyhole approach. Results: (1) Nerve navigation can help determine the starting point of distal incision approach incision positioning; (2) Nerve navigation can accurately measure the maximum length of exposed anatomy, side of operative field exposure angle and the surgical field of rock slope Reveal the area and so on. CONCLUSION: Nerve navigation has its unique advantages in the anatomic study of far-lateral keyhole approach.
