本文以电磁冲击系统为研究对象,利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA非线性分析软件对电磁冲击系统的阀芯冲击过程进行了模拟仿真,并对阀芯运动以及阀芯回程冲击盖板进行了应力、能量传递过程的计算分析。仿真结果表明,加入缓冲弹簧后,不但提高了阀芯的使用寿命,而且阀芯能量传递效率也提高了。
