去年以来,本市整顿劳动纪律工作,在市委、市政府领导下,经过试点,由点到面,分期分批进行,先后已有600多个大中型企业,100多万职工进行了劳动纪律的全面整顿,到三月初第一批已初步告一段落。第二批1000多个企业从今年三月下半月开始又陆续展开,预计六月份可以结束,另外还有1000多个企业将在下半年继续进行整顿。四项效果第一批600多个企业经过整顿,主要取得了以下的效果: (1) 提高了职工遵守劳动纪律的自觉性,广大职工主人翁责任感得到进一步发扬,群众普遍受
