目的 探讨肿瘤特异性生长因子 (TSGF)与各种肿瘤的关系 ,为肿瘤诊断提供依据。方法 对经病理或细胞学检查而确诊的2 82例未经治疗肿瘤病人测定TSGF ,其中恶性肿瘤 2 0 5例 ,良性 77例。结果 恶性肿瘤病人阳性率 75 6 % (15 5 / 2 0 5 ) ,良性肿瘤病人阳性率 18 2 % (14 / 77)。结论 TSGF对恶性肿瘤的诊断具有敏感性及特异性 ,有利于良、恶性肿瘤的区别 ,为临床恶性肿瘤的诊断提供了一种新的检测手段
Objective To investigate the relationship between tumor specific growth factor (TSGF) and various tumors, and provide evidence for tumor diagnosis. Methods Twenty-eight patients with undiagnosed tumors diagnosed by pathological or cytological examinations were examined for TSGF, of which there were 20 malignant tumors and 77 benign tumors. Results The positive rate of malignant tumors was 75 6 % (15 5 / 2 0 5), and the positive rate of benign tumors was 18 2 % (14 / 77). Conclusion TSGF has sensitivity and specificity in the diagnosis of malignant tumors, which is beneficial to the differentiation of benign and malignant tumors. It provides a new detection method for the diagnosis of malignant tumors.
