去年9月12日党中央国务院召开全国再就业工作会议后,各地党委政府积极学习贯彻落实会议精神,再就业工作不断取得进展。今年以来,特别是进入4月份以来,我国遇到了一场突出其来的“非典”灾害,“非典”对就业和再就业工作的影响日益显露。为此党中央国务院要求在抓好“非典”防治工作的同时,继续坚定不移地扩大就业和再就业工作。为落实这一精神,劳动保障部于5月23日召开了加快推进再就业工作电视电话会议,郑斯林部长作了重要讲话(全文另发),天津、江西、湖北等劳动保障厅(局)介绍了他们所在省市抓再就业的经验。现将三省市的经验予以刊登。
After the State Council of the Party Central Committee convened a national reemployment work conference on September 12 last year, the party committees and governments in all places actively studied and implemented the spirit of the conference and made continuous progress in reemployment. Since the beginning of this year, especially since April, our country has encountered a prominent “SARS” disaster and the impact of SARS on employment and reemployment has become increasingly evident. To this end, the Central Party Committee and the State Council have demanded that while doing a good job in preventing and treating “SARS”, we will continue to unswervingly expand employment and reemployment. In order to implement this spirit, the Ministry of Labor and Social Security held a videoconference to speed up reemployment work on May 23rd.
