中国加入WTO的脚步声已越来越近了。为此,一些专家学者都在为我国21世纪的经济发展出谋划策,许多企业或个人也在设法寻找自己的出路。作为一级地方政府从各行各业的整体利益出发未雨绸缪,力求下好地方经济这盘棋,这在全国也颇为典型。江苏省大丰市人民政府在这方面就是一个典范。他们针对中国加入WTO后即将给大丰市带来的负面影响和良好机遇,扬长避短,超前制定了一整套适应性调整策略,为该市工业、农业等几大支柱产业找到了切实可行的发展之路。凡事“预则立,不预则废。”如果等到我们已成为WTO的成员国时再去寻找对策,恐怕会措手不及。我们刊载此文,旨在给众多的决策者以思者和启迪。
The footsteps of China's accession to the WTO are getting closer. For this reason, some experts and scholars are making suggestions for the economic development of our country in the 21st century and many enterprises and individuals are also trying to find their own way out. As a local government from the overall interests of all walks of life take precautions, and strive to better the local economy this game, which is quite typical in the country.
