采用 MTT 法测定21例急性白血病病人细胞的体外化疗药物敏感性,确定药物敏感性的判定指数,与其中11例临床治疗对照,结果表明该法与临床的总符合率为85%,阳性符合率为75%,阴性符合率为100%。表明该法对急性白血病的个体化疗具有重要作用。
MTT assay was used to determine the sensitivity of in vitro chemotherapy drugs in 21 patients with acute leukemia and determine the index of drug sensitivity. Compared with 11 clinical treatments, the results showed that the total compliance rate between the method and the clinic was 85%. For 75%, the negative coincidence rate is 100%. It shows that this method plays an important role in the chemotherapy of individuals with acute leukemia.
