患者女性,31岁,已婚。以右下腹痛1周就诊。查体:于右下腹扪及一120mm×60mm大小包块,边界清,有深压痛。超声于右下腹探及一130mm×60mm大小液性暗区,边界清,与右肾下极关系密切,内由多条强回声光带形成分隔,呈“网格”状,后方伴增强效应(附图)。超声提示:后腹膜囊性占位,有淋巴管瘤可能,手术中见一130mm×60mm大小包块,来源于后腹膜,上端紧贴右肾下极,下端近回
Female patient, 31 years old, married. Treated with a right lower abdominal pain for 1 week. Physical examination: In the right lower abdomen and a 120mm x 60mm mass, the boundary is clear and there is deep tenderness. Ultrasound was used to explore the right lower abdomen and a liquid dark area of 130 mm×60 mm in size. The border was clear, closely related to the right kidney lower pole, separated by multiple strong echo bands, showing a “mesh” shape, with enhanced effects at the rear. (drawings). Ultrasound Tip: Posterior peritoneal cystic lesions, with lymphangioma possible, see a 130mm × 60mm size mass during surgery, from the posterior peritoneum, the upper end of the right kidney and close to the lower pole
