Summary：Under the background of globalization，practical English teaching is becoming more and more important.Students can be fluent in a foreign language，for the future of Career Planning and development is important.English courses are valued in secondary vocational schools，higher vocational colleges and universities.For Secondary Vocational school students，can use English for daily communication and understand foreign language，can smoothly with the international track，form their own work advantages，for their own future laid a solid foundation.

In the classroom is only the teacher’s blindly narrates，the schoolmate is only passively accepts.Classroom atmosphere and its not active，leading to classroom learning efficiency is not high.This kind of Student’s passive study needs the student energy to concentrate completely，this is not quite reasonable.Therefore，we should learn from foreign teaching experience，teachers take a back seat，mainly rely on students to explore the initiative，change passive to active.Although the short-term effect is not significant，but in the long run is a lifetime benefit.For example，divide the class into small groups，post the lecture ahead of time，and set aside roughly half the time for free discussion.Then let the group choose a representative to explain the corresponding content，the final teacher to summarize.Such a class will be more profound and exercise the students’comprehensive ability to use English.
Due to the limitation of the teacher’s ability，some knowledge and cognition are not comprehensive enough，which leads to the incomplete understanding of the curriculum.Most of the content of practical English course comes from the West，and the limitation of teachers’own educational ability and the influence of traditional teaching mode and concept lead to the failure to truly understand the essence of the course，can Not let the student achieve the knowledge and the ability overall promotion.
