振动是电机的主要质量指标之一。解决这一问题的关键是:(1)保证转子动平衡和风扇静平衡的精度要求;(2)保证轴承质量,安装质量及清洁度;(3)正确选择和保证转子轴向预压力和轴承档直径公差。(1)和(2)项关系到电机的径向振动,而(2)和(3)则关系到电机的轴向振动。在努力做好(1)、(2)项的同时,我们以Y132电机作为试点,对第(3)项进行了研究与探讨。我们发现,电机转子轴向预压力和转子的重量有关。经过计算和试验后所得的近似公式为:
Vibration is one of the main quality indicators of the motor. The key to solve this problem is: (1) to ensure the accuracy of rotor balancing and fan static balance requirements; (2) to ensure the bearing quality, installation quality and cleanliness; (3) the correct choice and to ensure that the rotor axial preload and bearings Diameter tolerance. (1) and (2) are related to the radial vibration of the motor, while (2) and (3) are related to the axial vibration of the motor. While trying hard to do well (1), (2), we took Y132 motor as a pilot and studied and discussed Item (3). We find that the axial preload of the motor rotor is related to the weight of the rotor. After calculation and test the approximate formula is:
