本文借助前期研究中对深港两地医疗领域的比较分析,结合丹麦学者Hofstede教授文化六维度理论,探究文化差异对于深港形成各自公共医疗服务管理模式以及与经济适应程度的影响,旨在为深港跨境医疗服务管理的协调与合作提供建议与参考。
Based on the comparative analysis of the medical field between Shenzhen and Hong Kong and the six-dimensional theory of culture of Professor Hofstede of Denmark scholar, this paper explores the influence of cultural differences on the formation of their respective public medical service management modes and economic adaptability in Shenzhen and Hong Kong. Shenzhen-Hong Kong cross-border medical service management coordination and cooperation to provide advice and reference.
