引言创伤后开放性骨折伴骨缺损是临床常见病例。尽管目前手术技术不断提高、抗生素层出不穷,但如何有效防止开放性骨折术后感染仍然是一个棘手的问题。自庆大霉素珠链投入临床应用以来,局部药物释放系统(drug deliv- ery system,DDS)成为令人瞩目的新疗法。但对于伴有骨缺损的患者,单纯的抗生素-DDS只能起抗感染的作用,而骨缺损的修复则要行二期手术,增加了患者的痛苦和治疗周期。而研制一种具有成骨活性的局部药物缓释系统则是解决这一问题的良方。
Introduction Traumatic open fractures with bone defects are common clinical cases. Despite the continuous improvement of surgical techniques and the proliferation of antibiotics, how to effectively prevent the postoperative infection of open fracture remains a thorny problem. Since the clinical application of gentamicin beads, the drug deliv-ery system (DDS) has become a remarkable new therapy. But in patients with bone defects, simple antibiotics -DDS can only play an anti-infective role, and repair of bone defects will be the second phase of surgery, increasing the patient’s pain and treatment cycle. However, developing a local drug delivery system with osteogenic activity is a good way to solve this problem.
