5月13日,南京土地拍卖“一日三地王”成为热议话题。当天诞生了一宗总价地王、一宗单价地王和一宗区域地王,共计248.56亿元。5月1日,中指院发布《4月中国房地产指数系统百城价格指数报告》显示,房价环比涨幅前十的城市依次为:惠州、昆山、中山、厦门、苏州、廊坊、南京、珠海、东莞、武汉。其中前五个城市涨幅都大于5%,超过一线城市房价涨幅的两倍。二线城市房价成此轮上涨的“主力军”有其深层次原因:
