目的 探讨皮层下的肿瘤术中应用 B超检查的价值。方法 在 2 1例位于皮层下的肿瘤手术中 ,使用B超在硬脑膜外扫描脑组织以探测肿瘤位置 ,借助 B超扫描结果 ,选择合理的皮层切口并行肿瘤切除。结果 2 1例均行肿瘤全切除 ,1 9例术后无神经功能障碍。结论 术中应用 B超探查皮层下肿瘤 ,可对手术起重要指导作用
Objective To investigate the value of B-ultrasound in intraoperative subcortical tumors. Methods Twenty - one cases of subepithelial neoplasms were enrolled in this study. B - ultrasonography was used to detect the location of the tumor in the epidural space. B - scan results were used to select the appropriate cortical incision for tumor resection. Results Twenty-one cases underwent total tumor resection and 19 cases had no neurological dysfunction. Conclusion Intraoperative ultrasound B-subcutaneous tumors can play an important guiding role in surgery
