一、前言 泄水闸是水利工程中的重要建筑物,具有挡水及泄水的双重作用。解放以后,为了防洪、灌溉、排涝、航运以及挡潮等目的,我国在黄河、长江、淮河、海河等流域及其它许多地区建立了数以千计的大、中型水闸和小型水闸,促进了工农业生产的不断发展,给国民经济带来了很大的效益。 然而,我国是多地震国家,地震活动频繁,给许多水闸造成了严重的震害。例如,在河北省唐山地震中,据调查唐山地区经受6度以上(包括6度)地震的水闸有80%遭到不同程度的破坏。从而引起水利工作者对泄水闸体系防震的重视,对其防震设计提出了若干规定。但是
