研究以B&L(1987)理论为基础,把“请求-拒绝-再请求”作为一个连续的过程,重点考察请求者的第二次请求行为,并从语用学角度,总体分析“请求”与“再请求”中礼貌策略使用异同。分析发现,中日电子邮件中“再请求”的展开分为“主题”、“再请求前”、“情况说明”、“再请求”、“再请求后”五个阶段。其中,“再请求前”、“再请求”、“再请求后”三个阶段,中日间请求的展开和礼貌策略的使用差别较大。从两次请求来看,汉语母语者倾向于使用积极的礼貌策略,日语母语者倾向于使用消极的礼貌策略。
Based on the theory of B & L (1987), the study considers “request-reject-re-request” as a continuous process and focuses on the second request of the requestor. From the perspective of pragmatics, “And ” re-request “polite tactics use similarities and differences.
