1989年以来,我科试用无环鸟苷眼药水治疗扁平疣140例,疗效显著,现总结如下。临床资料病例选择:门诊140例扁平疣患者,男40例,女100例;年龄3～28岁,病程1月～2年半;皮损以面部最多,部分患者曾用过其它方法治疗无效。治疗方法:将患者按就诊先后随机分成三组。A组:单纯用无环鸟苷眼药水涂擦皮疹,用力轻巧,至皮肤发热发红为止,每日3～4次;B组:口服乌洛托品,每次0.3g,每日3次,外用无环乌苷眼
