侦查破案是一项十分艰巨而复杂的工作 ,但它与日常生活中的许多事情一样 ,在希望与努力之间存在着一种辩证的关系 ,希望大而不加努力就很难取得令人满意的结果 ,反之 ,希望不大而百倍努力地去争取 ,有时“梦想”也会变成现实。1999年1月25日发生在余杭市的一起特大持枪杀人抢劫案件的成功侦破 ,就有力地验证了“有百分之一的可能 ,做百分之百的努力”这一刑侦战术原则的科学性 ,显示了这一刑侦战术原则的生命力。
