观察野生型抗辐射菌Deinococcusradiodurans-KD8301在TGY培养基中、30℃、有氧条件下(摇动160次/min)的生长特性和形态特征。结果表明,在72h前.细菌呈指数生长,其倍增时间为80min;72h后,进入稳定(平台)生长期。该菌最高可生长温度约为40℃,乏氧条件下细菌几乎不能生长。KD8301的形态,表现为二联体和四叠体。在指数生长期,90%以上为二联体,而在稳定生长期,绝大多数呈四叠体的形态特征。
The growth characteristics and morphological characteristics of wild-type radiation-resistant Deinococcus radiodurans-KD8301 were observed in TGY medium under aerobic conditions (shaking 160 times / min) at 30 ° C.
