近年来,旅游地产被国内地产开发商广泛提及——不愿意把“鸡蛋放在一个篮子里”的房地产商们纷纷进军旅游业。这主要是由于两方面的因素:一方面受宏观调控政策影响较大的房地产业风险提升;另一方面,旅游业可持续发展的良好前景。据知情人透露,2005海南春季房地产交易展览会将于3月25日在海口举行。交易会将向社会各界集中展示海南100多个度假公寓、产权酒店、分时度假酒店项目。另外,今年春节过后,在北京也将举行一个大型旅游地产交易会。有关专家指出,2004年国务院收紧房地产开发信贷,近期国有商业银行又抬高个人第二套商品房信贷门槛。这一系列措施,将给尚处在“青春期”的旅游地产带来一些阴影?是否表明源自西方的旅游地产将成为一颗概念流星?
