目的:建立用高效液相色谱法测定健心冲剂中甘草酸含量的方法。方法:C_(18)柱;流动相为甲醇-水(70∶30),紫外检测波长280nm。结果:1.22~4.88μg范围内,标准曲线回归方程为:A=48112+28805112c,r=0.9996加样回收率为96.88%,RSD为1.12%。结论:本方法简便、先进、可靠,可作为该制剂的检测方法。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of glycyrrhizic acid in Jianxin granules by high performance liquid chromatography. Method: C_ (18) column was used. The mobile phase consisted of methanol - water (70:30) and the UV detection wavelength was 280 nm. Results: 1.22 ~ 4.88μg range, the standard curve regression equation: A = 48112 +28805112c, r = 0.9996 recovery was 96.88%, RSD was 1.12%. Conclusion: The method is simple, advanced and reliable, and can be used as the detection method of the preparation.
