医院收费处负担全院医疗收费任务,收款数额大、项目多、分类复杂,是医院经济管理的重点单位,也是医院储备资金形成货币资金和结算资金的重要管理部门。在社会主义市场经济培育和发展中,如何加强医院收费处管理,是医院财务工作者必须认真研究的问题。在经济体制转轨时期,由于收费处内部管理制度不完善,管控不力,出现一些漏洞和流弊,使国家蒙受一些不应有的经济损失。
