一堂课的教学效果不但取决于教师的教、学生的学,还取决于一定的课堂气氛。课堂气氛是指在课堂教学中教师与学生所呈现的一种心理状态。教师作为课堂教学的组织者,课堂气氛如何在一定程度上是由教师决定的。新课标要求教师创设良好的教学氛围,激发学生的学习动机,培养学生的学习兴趣,使学生愿学、乐学,让学生无拘无束地大胆质疑、发表见解。那么,如何营造一个良好的语文课堂气氛呢?一、教师亲切可感的形象促成良好的课堂气氛
