8月27日,温家宝总理在全国依法行政工作会议中指出,依法行政是建设法治政府的核心。全面推进政务公开和健全行政监督体系和问责制度,与媒体的舆论监督职能发挥息息相关。支持新闻媒体对违法或者不当行政行为进行曝光。温家宝强调,要继续深入贯彻落实《全面推进依法行政实施纲要》,推进依法行政、建设法治政府。一是加强政府立法和制度建设,二是深入推进科学民主决策,三是严格依法办事,四是全面推进政务公开,五是健全行政监督体系和问责制度。
