水稻是我国的主要粮食作物,在我国的农业生产中占据重大比例。就全国而言,水稻灌溉是农业灌溉中的大户,水稻灌溉用水量占全国农业灌溉用水总量的一半以上。长期以来,我们不断开展水稻灌溉新技术研究,主要是为了提高水稻产量,做到水资源的充分分配。为了加快节水灌溉技术的推广步伐,更好的为当前的三农服务,逐步采用先进技术和科学管理制度,形成一套系统的灌溉技术措施。节水灌溉技术的应用加快了节约型社会建设步伐,提高了社会发展进程。本文通阐述了稻节水灌溉技术的特点和概念,为其应用和推广提供了依据。
Rice is the main food crop in our country and occupies a significant proportion in our country’s agricultural production. Nationally, rice irrigation is a major player in agricultural irrigation and rice irrigation uses account for more than half of the total agricultural irrigation water in the country. For a long time, we constantly carry out research on new technology of rice irrigation, mainly in order to increase rice yield and achieve the full distribution of water resources. In order to speed up the promotion of water-saving irrigation technology and better serve the agriculture, countryside and farmer areas, we should gradually adopt advanced technologies and scientific management systems to form a systematic set of irrigation technology and measures. The application of water-saving irrigation technology has accelerated the pace of building a conservation-oriented society and improved the social development process. This paper describes the features and concepts of rice water-saving irrigation technology, which provides a basis for its application and promotion.
