创“凡事预则立,不预则废。”创指创新意识和能力。创新意识是指人们的头脑对客观物质世界可能实现的打破旧框框的发展趋势的正确反映。创新能力是指创业者自身所具有的抛开旧的,创造新的主观条件。创新意识和能力在当前主要表现为解放思想、更新观念、确立正确的意识取向。破除传统的计划、产品经济观念,强化发展社会主义市场经济的意识;破除“左”的束缚和恐“资”观念,强化只要符合“三个有利于”就大干的意识。思想解放了,才能突破陈旧守时的观念,拓宽思路,放开手脚,工作中才会有新办法、新突破、新建树。“思索吧,思索能引人入胜。”思想应当自由驰聘,敢想前人所未想,敢为前人所不为。请相信:“谋无不当,举必有功。”揽“善张网者引其纲。”
