Objective Extensive use of antibiotics might induce the mutation of resistant bacteria strains.Pseudomonas aeruginosa,one of the main microorganisms that cause nosocomial infections,is known for its intrinsic resistance to a range of antimicrobial agents.The aim of this study was to investigate the changes of drug resistance of P.aeruginosa isolated from a teaching hospital in Northeast China during persistent five years.
