OBJECTIVE To analysis the drug resistance and characteristics of carbapenem-resistant strain of E.cloacae.METHOD The resistance of E.cloacae and distribution characteristics of carbapenem-resistant strains were analyzed from 2007 to 2013.RESULT The resistance rates were relatively great to β-lactam and aminoglycoside,and the resistance rates fluctuated between 19.5 ％to 33.8 ％to amikacin,ciprofloxacin and levofloxacin.The resistance rates lower than 13.9 ％to carbapenem and β-lactamaseinhibitors.The carbapenem-resistant strains had emerged and showed an increasing trend since 2010.The strains of E.cloacae were mainly collected from orthopedic surgery and pediatrics,and the main source of carbapenem-resistant strains were also from the same department.
