　　The multi-walled carbon nanotubes (CNTs) reinforced Al matrix composites were prepared by Rotational friction extrusion (RFE), And to analyze the microstructure, hardness and wear of CNTs/Al composites.The results showed that: forming composites with increasing content of CNTs began to deteriorate, especially when the volume fraction of CNTs than3%, the surface becomes rough and cyclical peeling from the skin.
