The copper salts on carbon fibers(Cf) surface can be reduced to native copper in hydrogen gas atmosphere, while under the high-temperature environment.Composition and microstructure of carbon fibers were observed and analyzed by XRD, SEM and EDS.Copper coating formed and distributed over much of carbon fiber surface, carbon fiber surface Cu and fiber bonding have both physical and chemical effects.
