Normal forms theory, originally developed for the study of nonlinear dynamic systems solutions to the localized states, is created by Poincare etc.As the normal forms can simplify the equation, in recent years it has been widely used in various practical model of study. In 1984, Ushiki[1] first developed the method of multiple Lie brackets to obtain further reduction of the classical normal forms. To further simplify the traditional normal forms and to study the only standardized normal forms have becoming topics at the forefront in this direction. In 1999, Yu[2] obtained some interest results to the simplest normal forms of Hopf bifurcations with a pair of pure imaginary by using traditional normal form theory.
