体型瘦长、腹壁薄弱的人易患胃下垂,常感心窝部坠痛,腹胀,不思饮食,长此下去营养欠佳,体质更弱,又加重胃下垂的发展。如能坚持由慢到快、由弱到强的长期体育锻炼腹肌,必然收到显著效果。1.仰卧起坐法。空腹时仰卧,两脚并拢,臀部以下不动,两臂伸直贴身,上身坐起再躺下,反复进行,连续15～20次。此法能锻炼腹肌。
