目的 分析研究处方分析在中药房药学服务中的应用.方法 通过对比本院2014-2018年期间所收录在计算机系统中的处方,并将其全部归类、整理.结果?4560张中药处方中共涉及有中药86,其中最为常用的有40种,而其中出现频率最高的则有15种.结论 药房服务人员必须对处方进行科学严密的分析,以保证患者用药的安全性,准确性,以及用药的合理性.
