总结我院10年来消化系疾病住院病例8335例,病种近60种,其中胃肠、胆系疾患占50％以上。胆石症、胆囊炎住院病例1990年为1989年的9.5倍,胃癌为4.2倍、溃疡病、肝硬化、结肠癌、结核性腹膜炎住院病例逐年增多。分析了病种变迁的原因。
In our hospital over the past 10 years, 8335 cases of digestive diseases inpatients, nearly 60 kinds of diseases, including gastrointestinal, biliary diseases accounted for more than 50%. Cholelithiasis, cholecystitis hospitalized in 1990 to 9.5 times in 1989, gastric cancer was 4.2 times, ulcer disease, cirrhosis, colon cancer, tuberculosis peritonitis increased year by year. Analysis of the causes of disease changes.
