Automatic ball balancers (ABB) are applied in the precision devices containing fast-rotating elements, for example CD and DVD disk drives, and also in high-speed rotor machines in which the disbalance can change for a time.A lot of articles devoted to the problems of rotor auto balancing published for the last decade shows a wide interest in this theme.In a number of works among which it is possible to note [1-2], theoretical researches were spent for statically unbalanced rotors on the basis of Jeffcott mathematical model.
