目的:动脉粥样硬化疾病是导致人类死亡的主要原因之一.类固醇激素醛固酮与心血管疾病死亡率直接相关,在此疾病中起重要作用.醛固酮作用受体(盐皮质激素受体)拮抗剂可治疗心衰并减少心血管疾病死亡率,且具有治疗动脉粥样硬化疾病的潜力.动物实验表明MR在动脉粥样硬化中具有重要作用,但其细胞与分子机制尚不完全明确.我们将研究巨噬细胞MR对小鼠动脉粥样硬化的调控机制.
