Huang Lian Jie Du Decoction(HLJDD) was widely used for the treatment of hypertension, diabetes, inflammation and neural system diseases in clinic.However, the pharmacokinetic research of the active components in biosamples after administrated with HLJDD was limited.Here, a validated UHPLC-QqQ MS method in DMRM mode to simultaneously determine 41 constituents in rat plasma after oral administration of HLJDD was established.Among the 41 constituents, 8 major bioactive components (geniposide, magnolflorine, baicalin, berberine, oroxylin A-7-O-glucuronide, wogonoside, wogonin and oroxylin A) were quantified with a systematic methodology including linearity, intra-and inter-day precisions, accuracy, stability, extraction recovery and matrix effect while the other 33 compositions were semi-quantified.
