Maize chlorotic mottle virus(MCMV) is the only member of the Machlomovirus genus in the family Tombusviridae and the three-dimensional structure is still unknown.Here,we obtain the Cryo-EM structure of the MCMV by single particle analysis with most local resolutions around 4(A).
