Kinases are one of the largest enzyme families which regulate a variety of critical functions in the cellular physiological processes.Accumulated evidence has demonstrated that numerous diseases such as cancer and immuno-deficient diseases are associated with deregulated kinases activities.Heterocyclic compounds have served as important pharmacophores in the past decade to develop kinase-targeting anti-diseases therapeutics especially in the oncology area.
