利用SSR分析浙江红山茶群体遗传结构及其保护策略

  利用16个SSR标记检测12个浙江红山茶天然群体的遗传结构.结果显示,现有浙江红山茶的遗传多样性呈现较低水平(h=0.607),其分布特点是,中部处于怀玉山系及武夷山系群体(如江西大茅山、三清山、浙江古田山群体)多样性水平较高,为浙江红山茶多样性分布中心,向西处于衡山系的群体(湖南衡山)多样性最低,而东部泰顺及沿海的霞浦等群体的多样性相对处于中等水平;浙江红山茶各群体存在明显的遗传结构,且具高水平的遗传分化,群体间变异占总变异约25% (FST=0.245,GST=0.255),其重要原因在于:群体规模较小,部分群体(湖南衡山、江西婺源灵山群体)已经历瓶颈效应,群体内存在近交,群体间基因流较小(Nm=0.731)等.开展浙江红山茶的资源保护与利用迫在眉睫,对多样性较高的群体如江西大茅山、三清山及浙江古田山等群体重点就地保护,可通过建立保护区等方式杜绝砍伐及破坏现象;而对遗传多样性较低的群体,如衡山、福安群体的物种恢复,建议通过引种回归方法;此外,对于多样性较低的分布区域,如江西中西部至湖南等地区,建议通过引种方式丰富资源.
