Our lab is developing genome wide survey tool for molecular breeding of B.oleracea.We also obtained more than 10x genome coverage wgs data from 14 B.oleracea accessions and are aiming to obtain wgs data from more than 100 cabbage accessions for GWAS.Next generation sequencing (NGS) technology open new era for application of genomics research for crops.
