Hydrothermal Synthesis of (K1-xNax)NbO3 Solid Solution with the Sol-gel Precursor

　　(K1-xNax)NbO3(KNN,x=0.2~0.3)lead-free piezoceramic powders were successfully synthesized by hydrothermal treatment at 220 ℃ for 12 h in a(1-x)KOH–xNaOH solution using sodium dodecyl sulfate surfactant and KNN precursor which were prepared in the sol-gel method.The crystal structure and morphology of the as-prepared powders were carefully investigated by powder X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscope(SEM)and transmission electron microscopy(TEM).
