Background The morbility of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is higher in recent years.Despite the timely and effective treatment can reduce the degree of myocardial ischemia,raise survival rate of the patients,but the ischemia-reperfusion is inevitable.And the ischemia-reperfusion itself will lead to myocardial damage.Therefore,it is very important to search for the effective and reasonable treatment to reduce myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury.
